1 · Who we are
VOXORA is developed by FMD Digital Services. This policy describes version 1.0 and the related support pages. Contact: fmd.digitalservice@gmail.com. No app account is required.
2 · Documents stored on your device
Imported files, cover images, extracted text, cached translations and reading progress are stored in the app’s local library. Preferences are stored locally. VOXORA includes no FMD document-upload server. The library folder is excluded from iCloud device backups in this build; your source copies may separately belong to an iCloud or other Files provider.
3 · Apple voices, recognition and translation
Narration uses system voices; text recognition and translation use Apple frameworks on the device. Internet may be needed to download resources. Apple may process its own usage and performance metrics, including bundle identity and language choices; Apple states these translation metrics do not include original or translated content. Apple’s policies govern its services.
4 · Purchases
Apple handles the trial transaction and optional unlock. VOXORA checks verified StoreKit transactions, entitlement status and the trial’s original purchase date to determine access. FMD does not receive payment card details through the app. Purchase restoration uses Apple services.
5 · Permissions and external providers
Importing uses the iOS file picker and access to files you select. Manual cover selection uses the system photo picker for the image you choose. VOXORA does not record microphone audio or request your location or contacts. File providers and exports chosen by you follow their own privacy policies.
6 · Deletion, retention and security
Local library data remains until you delete an item or uninstall the app. Deletion removes its local original, cover, translations and progress, not source files outside VOXORA. Uninstalling removes the library; export originals first. Files are stored in the iOS app sandbox. No storage or automatic processing can be guaranteed error-free.
7 · Support and website data
The app includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. This FMD website records page views and publication clicks, and uses a short-lived first-party visit cookie for counting visits. Hosting and email providers may process normal service logs. If you email support, FMD receives what you send and uses it to respond and resolve the request; contact us to request deletion, subject to necessary recordkeeping. Avoid sending sensitive documents. Website statistics are separate from app document data.
8 · Children, choices and changes
VOXORA 1.0 is a general document reader, not the planned children’s edition. You control local imports, exports and deletion. If you have a privacy question or believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact FMD. Policy changes will be dated here. Apple’s privacy policy applies to its independent services.
